His fee was inflated due to having to buy out third party ownership, he's never shyed away when playing despite the country laughing at him, and to be quite honest he seems to be a genuinely lovely man outside of football. Could not be more pleased for him tonight tbf.

Can't get my head round this. 2 all in Paris. All to play for at home. I fully expected a 5 nil rape. Nice one city.

This.

I also think he looked solid.

We'll take that thank you very much. Two away goals. Just got to keep it tight at home. Gulp.

Ah, typical. Still the most stupid ex-player on Twitter.

A laughing stock and a clown.

If I'd have been his manager at some point in his career I wouldn't have trusted him with crayons never mind social media.

Some of the luck that has deserted us in the league all season came our way tonight, but who cares; hopefully that result can inspire another strong finish to the season.

Obviously a top result and yet all we get from red pundits is the quality was poor and we were lucky. Delighted with the attitude of the players and but for a shocker of a mistake we may well have won the game never mind getting a draw.

And that without key players playing great. I thought Silva was ok if not really close to his best and Aguero was almost non existent. Kevin isn't close to match fit but seems head and shoulders our best quality player. The Ferns I thought were excellent, the nightmare being the exception, and the two center backs were good too with the odd moment like Otter running forward with the ball and losing it.

I think we will have to be at our best to get through next week.

Funnily enough Owen wasn't as bad tonight, not much bias.

Its all set up for a mouth watering 2nd leg. At home, 2-2, David Luiz and Matuidi out. and with each of the other legs possibly going either way, this tournament can really open up if some dominoes fall in Portugal and Spain next week. But have mercy at our center halves... They played head and shoulders above how I was honestly expecting and PSG couldve easily put 3,4 more goals on the board a different night. But as always....

C'mon City!

Earlier in that move he could quite easily have caught the ball but failed too, which led to the penalty. Pretty much any blind goalkeeper with no arms would have caught it.

Owen was on camera first thing which made his commentary all the better. Shay was a star though, really standing up for us whereas CamelGob was off script, and Linekar pulled him up for it.

What, you missed the Wobble of Gobble?

Linekar was sound, played the game and actually played it as the only English team in the CL.

Sea change for BT, was quite good.

Thank God De Bruyne is back as he makes such a huge difference to us in an attacking sense. Happy with the result but can't help feeling we could have won it as they looked fucked for the last 15 mins. Looking forward to Tuesday, now.
