Stop harassing him. He just needs 3 or 4 matches in a row where he's garbage and then he will come good.

Cheers

His own supporters giving him more shit than the oppositions won't help.

What a ball to Sterling, from Bony. Who misses terribly.
Take them all off.

Bony is no Aguero and never will be.
Get over it. We're stuck with him. Get behind him for at least a season.

There's another ball through from Bony. He should have at least three assists by now.

That's not how Pellegrini thinks though - it's the one area of his mindset the frustrates the fuck out of me.

Why is bony a good backup for US, and not every team?

Because we have other players in other positions who can score. Sure with aguero we are better but when we had dzeko if he didn't score he was pretty much useless and i'd say harmful to the team. You cqnnot say that about Wilfried.

Sure, would be helpful if he scored more or had more pace but he rarely causes real harm, plays within the team, and knows his strengths and limitations when he is not scoring. You lot slagging him off are not seeing the forest through the trees and stuck in traditional mindset thinking about a striker when we are a team that relies on chances created by team cohesion, movement and passing. If you want a pure striker, sure dzeko is it but his value is not as high for a team like us, especially if we are playing 1 up top.

Nice goal from Bony - from a Navas cross.
