No, I think we were awful from about 40th minute onwards, but I'm not suggesting we're somehow in the worst form of our lives and the manager should be under pressure.

We were without: Hart, Clichy, Mangala, Kompany, Zabaleta, Silva, Bony, Iheanacho and 98% of Aguero. Two goals were offside, one was appalling goalkeeping and I'm not sure how Lamella is onside when he started 20 yards off and the defender had to catch him up.

Did we deserve to lose, yes, but shit happens, every team loses and what happens next Saturday is what matters now.

Well that was a bloody good hiding wasn't it. Truth was they wanted it much more.

I think we need to keep some perspective. We were without our first choice keeper, our first choice centre halves including our captain, 2 of 4 fullbacks, our best player and 2 of 3 forwards with the only fit one clearly not fully match fit yet. We've taken the lead with a great goal, Lloris has pulled off a top save to keep it at 1-0 and I didn't think Spurs actually looked like scoring. Then there's two terrible refereeing decisions either side of a howler from our keeper and there's no coming back from that particularly as Spurs proceeded to break the game up with niggly fouls galore as evidenced by the 17 fouls committed. On the other hand we've only given away six fouls which is unheard of and two have led to goals!! Just one of those days i think!

We cant just blame injuries for that performance today, there was a noticeable lack of effort. It was dog shit. wtf has happened to Aguero, he looks totally disinterested, the occasional lazy strike at the ball apart. The blind bald cunt in our goal was flapping around his penalty area, like a Pigeon with a broken wing.

Should have wrapped it up in first 20. There was real complacency about our performance in the first half . After opening the scoring we seemed to think we'd win at a canter. The linesman got them back in it but we didn't learn and got our just desserts.
I'm not going to use injuries as an excuse we have enough depth in the squad to have seen this out having taken the lead.

Come on mate, De Bruyne's was a tight call so it's understandable that the lino could miss it. Spurs offside was incompetence as was the one from the free kick, I mean it's a set piece ffs, what other job does the lino had in that instance?

Thought Pellegrini picked the right team given what he had. I was impressed with the two Ferns and that gave us a lot of security, undermined by the linesman and the two cb's. Essentially once we went 1-0 up we went into counter attack mode and would have picked them off. Once the joke equaliser went in we had to change our plan and we weren't good enough. The real problems (on top of Cabbie which are obvious) is that Ottomendi doesn't look good enough or strong enough, Aguero is non existant and Sterling is quick but lacks touch and brain power. Its nothing that Komps and Dave wouldn't put right but can we rely on them. Atleast Pellers aint rushing them back.Very disappointing today but for once I think we do have some excuse with our injuries and those awful decisions. Navas was the obvious solution to come on and did ok and the idea was to get de Brune into the number 10 role he plays best. But it all went tits up as sometimes in sport it will.On to the next.

The further offside the player is, the easier it should be to spot. Do you disagree, mate?

I agree about sterling. He may get better in time and I know we have loads of injuries, but when most of the squad is fit Sterling doesn't start for me. His positioning is poor and his passing is no better than his finishing. It may be the move has been a bit too big for him, and a period out of the spotlight may help.

No, we didn't deserve to lose to 3 very clearly offside goals and we would have had a possible draw, if the linesmen & ref hadn't clearly handed this match to the Spurs.
City's desire to play completely disappeared, after all the offiside goals were allowed to stand. This level of ref & linesmen mistakes is completely unacceptable!!

The players knew they were purposely being cheated, after Demichelis was wrongly carded for repsectfully challenging all of Cheatinburg's wrong decisions.
Pellegrini has also risked a ban from the cheating PGMOL, by mentioning all the offiside goals, after being asked his opinion of them, in his post-match interviews.

What is the point of having FA rules, if they are NOT going to be fairly & evenly applied to City's opponents?!
