Wouldn't mind seeing that team.
I'd have Barker and Gunn on the bench also.

I could live with that too. Although we do need to get Bony going. And maybe Yaya doesn't need to sit one out just yet.
I do want to have a Wembley weekend so I want a good strong team.

Well Mr Pelligrini will not want three losses on the bounce, so there may not be too much blooding.

With the upcoming PL & CL games I'd be tempted to play a mix of squad players with the youngsters. I know it maybe deemned rude by the media but if there's one cup I could accept losing out on it's this one.

And who's to say we can't beat a Sunderland side with that sort of team; they may even tempted to do the same.

Saying that, coming off the back of 2 defeats I'd like to see us getting that winning mentality on board
In the words of my Old Man, "Life will never be the same without Man City, so get it in while you can".

Great game to give Nacho a full 90 mins imo.

I wouldn't change much else. I think Sterling and KBD need game time, so does Otamendi & Demi if Mangala isn't fit.

Iheanacho

Sterling KDB Roberts

Fernando Fernandinho/Yaya

Kolarov Demichelis Otamendi Sagna

Caballero

Subs: Hart, Maffeo, Yaya/Fernandinho, Manu García, Nasri, Navas, Bony

Neither Maffeo nor García have been involved with the EDS on Sunday and both have been part of the first team squad already this season, so I expect them to be on the bench at least. I can also see Bony & Ian Nacho starting together.

Our strikers are hopelessly out of form , Aguero needs game time to improve his sharpness , Bony needs a rocket up his arse , big dilemma for Pellegrini here IMHO , Iheanacho also deserves a start . SSN just now suggesting Silva may play ? Think Kolarov and Sagna deserve a rest for this one also . Agree with other posters we need to get back to winning ways .
Not really here

That team took a bit of reading on my phone but I think it is the sort of 11 MP will put out. It is a gamble but we have 3 games in 8 days and 7 players out injured. I just think the Sunderland game will be given the least priority.

I'd like to see Sun Jihai get a run out. We signed him recently didn't we?

The count usually plays a strong eleven on all comps. If be surprised to see that iffy a line up. No risks, but a competitive side.

He does but we do have a lot of injuries at the mo. I don't think that side is too bad either if you add in Nasri for Barker if fit. Nasri, Robetts and Nacho behind Bony.

I personally want to win this like every other game. The thing with blooding too many kids is Everytime any manger for us has done it and lost he gets slaughtered, it's all well and good for us to name 5 or 6 kids on here but if he does and loses it costs him credibility.

Id play a reasonably strong side but definitely start nacho and one other of Roberts or maffeo. I certainly wouldn't bring anyone who hasn't been in the squad into the starting lineup. Maybe have 1 or 2 more on the bench. I also think the youngsters get more out of fitting into the 1st team than playing a 2nd string reserve side.
Tracking back is overrated.

Madness to play anyone who isn't racing fit for a game like this. We also need to give one or two a rest eg Yaya. We also need to protect Sagna while Zaba is injured. My team would be:

Caballero Maffeo De Michelis Otamendi Kolarov Fernando ( needs the game time) de Bruyne Roberts Sterling Iheanacho Bony( good chance for him to score a goal, and build confidence). On the bench Hart Sagna ( who can play centre back at a pinch) Fernandinho Yaya Navas Aguero.

I think Aguero will play as MP will want to get him up to speed pronto.

Would also expect to see a close to full strength side so as to avoid three defeats in a row. But hopefully we'll see a bit of Kelechi / Roberts / Maffeo.
