Fucking pitiful. How Nasri remained on the pitch for as long as he did, only Pellegrini will know. I think we overpaid by about 20m on Bony, he's not fit to lace Aguero's boots.

Sloooooooooow.

I'm not sure if pellegrini told sterling to run into the space he kept running into, but we lost the width and pace he has brought all in one go.

It's like the players and the fans don't really care about the champions league.

I think some showed a lot tonight:

Fern1, excellent, Yaya, Komps, Sagna all putting in effort.

The rest?

Silva off the pace, maybe due to the niggle and good defending. Sterling so so, and not really getting the ball in goos spaces as much as he did in earlier games. Bony some good, some not so good things, and not scoring still. Kola also didn't seem in great sync either.

I blame Pellegrini mostly. Start either KDB or Navas. I don't want to see Silva and Nasri start together unless we have to.

With no Blue tints I'd like to say that Juve deserved it, but they didn't.

We aren't going to win the CL till our team actually learns how to press and be more direct while attacking. Some of their players were just running through our midfield while their players were always tracking back. For some reason, their players seemed physically fitter than ours.

I am sick of the pass, pass, pass bullshit. It's time to admit that Nasri is just not good enough for this level, or atleast doesn't show it. Bony, Sterling, Nasri looked like nervous kids.

Our full backs are another area where we are poor. Both look solid in the PL, but their lack of close control and their one footedness is exposed badly by the pressing of CL teams. I worry what will happen against Sevilla, because they press even better than Juve.

Also sick of Pellers lack of changes. This problem has persisted since that Bayern game where we lost 3-1.

They had good spells in the game and i'd say a draw would have been a fair outcome. But it's hard not to admire them as they played the game to perfection, maximised their strengths, protected their weaknesses

Nasri is getting a lot of stick but I thought Silva was the one that let us down tonight out of the two. Whether that's because he was injured I don't know. But he kept giving the ball away and making stupid decisions when he had more than one player to pass to.

Juve deserved the result if you ask me.

Pogba bossed it in the second half and that pass to equalise was world class.

We were out-managed as well.

You are right. He gave the ball away quite a bit, but Nasri didn't help him get any space like Navas would have running down the right rather than dancing back and forth inside and out.

shame I couldn't be there and I don't want to blame anyone but uefa for not selling beer and the ground.

but I bet the club is fuming at this result.
the club dropped prices, they tried to promote this in social media in every way possible "these are the games we live for" etc, even 1894 group (along with the club) tried to get fans behind the team bringing scarves etc...

...and what do the players&manager give us? the same old shite. good luck filling the ground in the coming games even at £15 tickets.

Just got in from "work" and haven't read through the thread yet but can't believe we lost again in Europe when everything seemed set up for us. What will it take for us to do actually move forward in this competition.

Better tactics and team selection which have done us well this season seemed wrong tonight.

We get out thunk too often.

Very poor performance. Too slow and not enough zip and verve. Why have Navas and KDB for pace and leave them on the bench. Silva was unfit. As was Aguero. I just hope this hasn't set them back for the weekend. Credit to Juve for taking their chances. At this level, that is often the difference
