Presume Vinny was injured otherwise a poor substitution. Otamendi not up to the pace of the game.

I'll put this down to Pellers, but he's got time to redeem himself.

The tempo of our play is just so slow. We pass here, we pass there. There is just no movement and penetration.

why do we let european teams dictate how we play our game? We always change our play based on opponent ... and not in a proactive way, reactive to their fucking tactics. Really small time and really naive.

We've been dry bummed here.

But like so many times last season it is all of our own making. We spent 70 minutes pass pass pass pass with pretty much no end result. I can't remember buffon having anything to do.

A couple of chances open up to them, one from a world class pass, the other was lucky coming off kolarov but a great finish, and the moral of the story yet again, is that you can't fucking score if you don't get the ball into dangerous areas.

And the reason...for me it's putting silva and nasri in the side together.

Naive is one word to describe it, fucking thick is another.

I agree. Slow, unimaginative possession football.
Lets not forget that we gave the quite a few good shooting chances from outside the box in the first half as well.

Agree. There was very little reason to put Nasri in the starting eleven.
"I used to be 6 foot 2 with curly hair, look what it's done to me"

"In my career so far it's the most important goal. You score the goal in the last minute to win the title. You're not sure if that's ever going to happen in your career again. I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in."
