MCFC Supporters Branches

Postby City64 » Mon Aug 17, 2015 11:22 am

Thought It would interesting to start a MCFC supporters branch thread and maybe see how many posters are associated with the many we have ? At the game yesterday I took up my new seat in 121 and took the time to make a few new friendships with my new neighbours for this season and as it happens the guy next to me is the chairman of Ballymena MCFC supporters branch Northern Ireland , he explained almost half a plane load had flown over for the game yesterday , real eye opener, top fella and good banter thanks mate if your looking in ! ;-)
Not really here

Nah we disagreed about who was at fault for their goal (I said Demi he said Vinny, but was laying into him which is why I disagreed) and then unbeknownst to me I was sat at this table 5 mins later and told my mrs she knew bugger all about footy as she was australian and he marched over and tried to fight me cos he'd been listening in and tbought I was talking about him. (I wasnt but could have been)

Part of the Swedish supporter's branch and for a little while helped run it. I don't know how big it is now but I'm guessing at a few hundreds by now. Even bigger though is the Norwegian one which is massive.
"I used to be 6 foot 2 with curly hair, look what it's done to me"

"In my career so far it's the most important goal. You score the goal in the last minute to win the title. You're not sure if that's ever going to happen in your career again. I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in."

On the P&W 'gentlemans' mornings, I remember Probably 10 or so years back we all went to a show with a number of models from the Sport Newspaper at a club in Manchester.

Turned into absolute carnage, I think 4 or 5 blokes got up on stage to service one of the models who was bent over on all 4s waiting to be fucked, but as everyone was steaming drunk only one of them could actually get a hard on.

Other funny escapades were the coach that refused to pick us up from a FA cup game at Chester because there was so much piss and beer sloshing around the bus when we got off, the driver fucked it off and went home rather than take us home.

I really doubt there are many supporters clubs quite like P&W haha, I really miss the laugh at the meetings, like the time Nick Leeson signed cheques promising to 'repay all the money I stole from Baringa Bank', Brian Horton getting shitfaced at the bar and leading a singsong, or just general lunacy from a top bunch of guys

Good times

There are a couple of fairly local ones but no contact details on the contact tab. Anyone got any idea on how to join or contact a supporters club?
