Yeh Boca. Little Argie slag has been trying to force his way back for years.
doesn't bother me one bit. What bothered me at the time was him leaving for Juve and saying he was trying to get closer to home. He just needed a change. Mancini fucked him imho, plain and simple. Sadly. For all the good Roberto did it was his one act of hubris i felt. At the time i hated Tevez for the shit but history is proving to lead me to believe that Mancini used him as a scapegoat for his European failings. Totally fucking Machiavellian move on his part. And it sorta kinda worked, but only after he brought Tevez back in from the cold so we could win the title.
Strange times. Mancini courts dissent and passion as a leader and when it works it's awesome, when it doesn't....you, uh, look for something more....holistic.
cheers

What amazed me wast that they manage to sell Kakuta to Sevilla for 8 mil.

Who knows maybe an England call up if he settles in a Spurs. I would be well chuffed for the lad, always hoped he would make it at City.

Absolutely, always nice to see academy players released/sold don't just slip away, even more so now knowing how hard it is to graduate to our first team. Let's hope Mee can also find his way back to the premiership too.

Feck no. Tiime and time again he proves he has a flawed mentality. We need undamaged goods (and smarter goods too).

Spurge wrote:Kieran Trippier to Spurs for £3.5m could be the bargain of the summer. He was excellent for Burnley last season in what was a vitally important season for Trippier in proving he could cut it at the top level - he certainly grabbed the opportunity with both hands.
So he earns himself a 5 year deal at Spurs. A big club, if not a top club, though I think their style will really suit him. Attacking full backs with the ability to deliver a telling cross as well as being quick and able to defend (of course) are worth their weight in gold and he has all of this.
He should get in front of Kyle Walker who whilst has pace and likes to get forward is suspect in decision making with his final ball and is a shit defender. So a massive opportunity for Trippier, at 24 he has time on his side to further develop.

PrezIke wrote:Wonder what this means for Yedlin, who they just joined the team in January. Likely a chance between both of them then, but more likely a backup or sent out on loan. Guessing Walker will be sold.

people are saying Yedlin may be better served playing further up than the right back position, kind of like when Bale was moved forward from left back.

But isn't douchey Jack the most likely to those we've been linked to who would slot into our approach and style best? Nasir replacement imo.
And btw fuck you new iPhone for autocorrecting his surname.
