What's confusing about it? Trusted pair of hands that the Count knew well in case Joe went off the reservation. He was a top keeper in Spain and is a really decent goalie. What's so sketch about it? The only precise clinical signings i've seen from us (post-cook) have been Ferna, Navas and Negredo.

Agreed ! Just seemed to take a long time for news to spread that it had been turned down. I'm not sure the media have got anything solid on it.
