Done my FFT & Predictions league and there's a fair bit to choose from this week(end). A lot of games today but with none of the teams above us having a game until tomorrow it's imperative that we do the business to at least apply some pressure to the chasing pack. Saints & Spurs still have an outside chance of catching the top 4 with todays game most probably being an end to one of their chances, if not both. The Dippers have to go to West Brom who will be scrapping for every point and after a narrow defeat at Anfield in the reverse fixture, Pulis may have a bit of joy seeing as he's never lost to a Dippers team on his own turf.
The rest of the 3 o'clocks seem a little wishy-washy, teams vying for mid-table mediocrity, apart from the Burnley v Leicester game where they are both fighting to get out of the relegation zone. Shaun Dyche against Nigel Pearson, I'd love to see that kick-off and go odds on for a Dyche knock out in the 2nd half.
I do hope the Blue Dippers bum the Rags, without a reach-around and with the use of red hot pokers. Both teams seem to be on a good run at the moment and with Everton taking the last 2 games against the Rags (who've only won 1 in the last 6 at Goodison) and won their last 3 at home, the Rags may struggle to get through the Toffees back-line.
The big game of the weekend though has to be the London Derby, first against second. I cannot stand Maureen or his workman like drones but I'm hoping they can go on and win this one, giving us the opportunity to go above the Arse (although they'll still have a game in-hand). Maureen has comprehensively bored us to death this season but if that's how you win trophies, surely none of us can complain, certainly not Chav fans. The league title has already been won, unless for a total collapse, and Maureen deserves all the plaudits that will surely be handed to him ................ the cunt!
So, a lot of games, some scrapping for survival, some fighting for the Wenger Trophy, but all-in-all it looks like a good few days of football, whichever way your remote takes you. One thing I will say though is, 'Fuck the Chavs, Fuck the Arse and Fuck the Rags. The Dippers can go Fuck themselves Too!'.
