Some tricky games to predict this weekend, could we see a few upsets? I can't see Arsenal losing as the Toon are in terrible form but I could see Hull doing something against Chelsea who are looking a little drained now.
Dog & Duck against the Red Lion is the big game of the weekend and from watching them play you'd have to go with the Dippers to win it. However, the lucky Rags will surely get some sort of break which will allow them into the game, even if they don't deserve it.
As for rest, I think it's a matter of lucky dip. Villa getting on a roll, Burnley beating us last week and Palace on a crest of a wave, it's hard to say how any of them will pan out.
As long as the early game goes our way, I'll be happy.

Harry Kane hatrick. Wonder what the odds on him were for finishing as top goal scorer.

Sadly, even Burnley are scoring more Soton goals than Pelle is these days.

Fecking hell, I thought it'd never come. BlackCats have been gash but Hammers have near enough matched them.

I'm thinking a United win tomorrow is the best result. That would put us 7 points clear of fifth place. It's not easy wanting them to win but it's easy wanting the Dippers to lose.

I find it impossible to not wanting the Rags to lose, must've been a tough decision.

idem ditto.
The best case scenario is for the rags to miss out on CL football again. I'm still holding my hopes for that.

On to MotD, Pearson is a cock, the wanker. Kane was awesome.

Not seen any other games apart from City, but I saw Kane at the swamp last week, & I will not trust him for some time now, whatever he does v others.
I really want both rags & liverpool to miss out on the Champions League, so whichever result suits that best will do me tomorrow. Some serious injuries to both would be a nice bonus.

1-0 to the Rags, Juan Mata. It's been all the Rags since the off and I'm not sure what system the Dippers are supposed to be playing; they're terrible.

Good goal tbh. Disappointing up to now, not even the sniff of a card or a reckless tackle. Still time though. Maybe a drone flying overhead might drop something nasty onto the pitch in the second half
