Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!
by Beefymcfc » Sat Dec 20, 2014 6:30 am
Early start for me as I'm 'Driving Home For Christmas'(come on, sing-a-long now) and will hopefully catch the match on the tranny as we hit the UK.
Looks like an easier week for the Predictions League but you just never know. After we smash Palace (please) can the Rags continue their undefeated campaign, since last month anyway, and can the Saints get back to winning ways after the bust up with Cloughie this week? Then their's the NE Derby with the Wenger Trophy boys fighting it out shortly after.
And finally, can Stoke kick the feck out of the 'Boring, Boring, Chavski', and at least grab a point?
This is where the point where we usually sort the wheat from the chaff and I'm looking forward to a decent Christmas, at home, with a lot of City wins.
Today
Man City v Crystal Palace 12:45
Aston Villa v Man Utd 15:00
Hull v Swansea 15:00
QPR v West Brom 15:00
Southamptonv Everton 15:00
Tottenham v Burnley 15:00
West Ham v Leicester 15:00
Sunday
Newcastle v Sunderland 13:30
Liverpool v Arsenal 16:00
Monday
Stoke v Chelsea 20:00
In the words of my Old Man, "Life will never be the same without Man City, so get it in while you can".
The Future's Bright, The Future's Blue!!!

There is an accumulator on sportinglife at the moment, 25/1 and looks very good value.

Apparently Lescott scored West Brom's first goal against QPR (they're 2-0 up at the moment)

WBA look like going into the Boxing day fixture with a solid away win. Not a good Xmas for 'Arry it would seem. Nice to see Lescott getting a goal

No sooner than I press submit QPR get a penner. Could do with a red card or two for WBA

Whoever the prick is on NBC as a co-commentator for the Villa game he hasn't got a clue - he just analysed Villa's formation and came to the conclusion they should be hitting long balls to Benteke when they have set themselves up to counter attack starting at the back (and have been doing so successfully all game so far).

How they are only 1-0 up is beyond me.

This has got a Villa cave-in written all over it, I hope I'm wrong.

Bastard. You would think there's only winner now. Just hope Guzan can perform heroics as doubt Villa will do much attacking

They started the second half well but they let the sods get the upper hand and they're showing signs of just accepting it.

Very harsh. Was a little late but not reckless or malicous at all. Should have been a yellow.
