Will we miss him if he goes to Barca or is it a blessing?

Miss him? Not a fuckin chance. The dippers will slink back down the league without him which is a good thing. They are a better outfit with him in it.
I know he is a great player and as football fans we want to see the best players in the premier league but I think he is an exception. He is just too much of a cunt to appreciate the talent he undoubtedly has. So no, if Barca get their man, i for one will not miss him

"We invest in young players, That is what we are good at — we’re not like other clubs who can spend fortunes on proven goods. We know that Manchester City are going to pay stupid money, pay silly salaries and all that. We can’t do anything about it. We concentrate on what we can do to try to bring players in for the right reasons. But how can a club that was banned from transfers can buy a player?
I think he fits there, i have no idea if there is a team that dives more than Barcelona.

Good riddance. The league can do with his diving, horrible, sneaky tackles and his trick of flicking the ball to the defender's hands and appealing like a cnut.

Big loss to the Dippers.
Not just his direct involvement - was it 49& of their goals he was involved in? - but the simple fact that if the best defender isn't marking him, he'll be marking Sturridge or someone. Knock on effect. Liverpool are decent but it's a potential disaster.

I'd laugh my socks off if they finished outside the top four this season.

Dippers will not replace him with the same quality, but for the money they are getting, they could improve the squad as a whole and be better next year with more goals from Midfield (just like spurs spunked 100m LOLOLOL). Lallana is a good addition, he will improve Liverpool, I have no idea if Can is any good and Lambert was a very weird buy indeed?!!
They have spent around £40m so far and still have a big chunk to get a top centre forward in, problem is who? Poss Benzema who is champs league proven, cant see anyone else TBH and that will make them almost break even.

Liverpool will go the same as Spurs did last season. Sell the talisman and make the team stronger as a unit. Oh no that didn't work for them did it.

I had hoped this was a thread about Hannibal Lecter, but since it is about Suarez, I think Liverpool will miss him and drop at least two places next season.
They seem to be building a young squad, which will serve them well in two or three years, but I can't see them carrying off CL and PL games next season. Lambert looked a very good buy as third choice behind SAS, or a change of style in games, but Lambert and Sturridge does not excite.
Of course, they have time and money to address that striker issue, but also they don't seem to be dealing with their Achilles heel of defence. If they are happy to write off next season as a building season then it might work out, but I think their fans are expecting more now.
A lot might change during the transfer window, but at the moment Liverpool do not frighten me.
