Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Apparently has agreed a deal to become the new Scum manager ... (breaking news on talkShite right now).
Mixed feelings about this one ... but then anyone would be worse (better for them) than Moyes ...
But at least his involvement in with World Cup would be a good distraction over the summer in terms of them having to build up, signings, proper pre-season planning/training etc.

He's just the second rung on the ladder down. Plenty more to go.
Has the world gone mad, ..............or is it me?

The main thing is, Agent "woodward" AKA Glazer Puppet, is still there having gone under the radar after Agent Moyes was exposed.
Lets see how the transfer market raids go this summer

Utter disaster waiting to happen. Fergie was the last of the old-style, Clough-style managers. Players just wont take it any more.

As manager, Giggs has conducted himself with a certain amount of dignity, not disrespected their rivals & a reasonable sense of humour.
So no chance he was going to get the fucking job.

If Giggs wins again that's great because he will be remembered fondly and when Van Gaal doesn't start well, mumblings about how good Giggs was will stir quickly and divide the fans again
Excellent

I can tell you, after living in the Netherlands and being German, we have some VERY entertaining times ahead of us when it comes to Van Gaal and the press/media and interviews!

Are you still in Rotterdam, by the way, or did your move to the UK happen?

More importantly how did you fix the "being German" thingy? Do they have a cure for that or it is terminal?
Cheers

I moved to the UK about 2.5 years ago, first to the North (Chapel-en-le-Frith) but then had to relocate South for my job.
I fixed the being German thing by marrying a Brit and buying a sense of humour on ebay! :)

Did you give the Dutch back their bikes as well?
LVG is brilliant in interviews. Argues, as well as gives the journalists a lot of shit.

they still have a shit load of garbage players.
garbage plus no more bacon face favours and they will still be mid table.
the rags will not spend 100 150 or 200 mil in the summer.
they will spend 50 mill at best.
Still here.
