Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

After Monday I really stayed clear of the boards for knowing the response 'its not over till its over' would have had some folks telling me I'm talking shite. I did say the same two years ago and think got told to go have another rafter :-)
Still twists and turns in this yet!

Does put our draw into perspective now, let's hope Maureen doesn't spit his dummy out and put a completely different 'weakened' team out again the 'pool - if he does i wonder if he will get a fine like Wolves did...
Come on City! Got to blow these bloody cobwebs off!

If Chelsea now beat Liverpool and we win our remaining games, the title would go down to goal difference between us and Liverpool.

Means a chelsea win against dippers opens eveything back up!!!! Or liverpool lose another game or a chelsea draw and another loss. Could come down to goal difference again but, I said three or so weeks ago it will be won with one game to go!!!

It's bent, alright. If the dippers need the intercession of the ref tomorrow we'll know for sure.

The only thing that we have to learn from this is that we have to play even if there is a hurricane outside the stadion. Never again play at this moment with a team like this.
Tomorrow all will be decided. Dare to hope Norwich can give us something? Do we deserve it?
I dunno mate.
No matter what they say about chelsea fielding a weakened side, if they beat the dippers we are in.
If somehow, from some God knows what cataclism we manage to win this, if that is not typical City, i have no idea what is then.

Mourinho:
"I have four things to say and then no more questions:
Congratulations to my players.
Congratulations to sunderland.
Congratulations to mike dean and finally congratulations to mike riley for putting the championship the way it is now"
Then he walked off

Mourinho has given up. Crystal Palace is our best hope. Not a sentence I expected to type at Xmas.
I still don't see us picking up maximum points between now and the end of the season. However, Imdomexpect Liverpool to drop points out with the Chelsea game.

I don't think The Mouth or Chelsea have given up. Like normal people they are flabbergasted at decisions that twist the game.
They may have been struggling to beat Sunderland today, but no way , ever was that a penalty. Absolutely shocking decision and result.

Unsurprising. Walking off with the barb. Mourinho all over.
Now we need to win at WBA.

He hasn't. They need to win at Liverpool. Who wouldn't be up for a game like that?

I too hope Sunderland stay up. Granted, we have a piss poor league record vs them recently but id much rather have Villa, Cardiff, and Fulham go down

Same hope and optimism I will still have if tomorrow don't go our way and I will keep until it mathematically became impossible. Same hope and optimism I had two years ago!

I agree with what what Mourinho has said. But I think he's just done what Pellegrini failed to do before we played the dippers, and that's put pressure on the ref not to cheat his team out of the game.

Imho, this is the last mindgame, the last card Maureen has.
Now all the pressure is on the Dippers. All of it.
