Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

You seem to lack the sort of fight to have played sport all your life. I'm pretty sure Vinny will be playing tomorrow. This leaked picture will be doing us no harm and will have Liverpool getting ever more excited. Don't give up, we are better than Liverpool with or without Vinny.
I have broken bones and ribs and could name numerous other injuries I've had over the years and you just know when your fucked your fucked.........
If this is a publicity stunt then fare enough, but I doubt it and given Kompanys record over the years then I wouldn't be surprised if he is injured.
As for the match tomorrow , we are weaker without him....that's a fact.
THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"

We are waker without him Carl but I still think we're stronger than Liverpool. We need to be as strong of mind as of body. If they don't score early then all the pressure and emotion comes crashing on to their shoulders.
Don't think Vinny's injury is a PR stunt. Just think it's not as bad as first look.

DT Guardian tweets that Kompany with the squad at the hotel and that MCFC seem 'pretty confident' he'll be ok for tomorrow.

I am sure this thread had 'broken my dream' recognise it all - and i made a comment that i was made to eat humble pie with so i am going with "we're fucked tomorrow - no fucking chance and we'll get pummelled"
Please serve it up with warm custard!

From the Beeb.
Phil McNulty, BBC Sport chief football writer at Wembley
Kompany update
"Lots of noise around the fitness of Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany ahead of the crucial meeting with Liverpool at Anfield after he left training early today. Word is he sustained a knock and was taken out as a precaution. He will join up with the squad later and City expect him to be fit."
Your right leg I like; I've got nothing against your right leg. The trouble is neither have you.

He will play. As will Aguero. This is a monster game. Win it and the dippers are unlikely to recover and with Chelsea continuing in Europe and their focus primarily on that, we wont have a better chance to win it.
It isn't a winner takes all match like the media would have you believe but a win for us will be massive. For this reason our best players must play and I reckon both Aguero and Kompany will be champing at the bit to play and deliver the goods

could be them being super cautious and not wanting him to weight-bear immediately after the knock
I'm not really a City fan. I'm just here for attention.

I would have been there if I could but the crutches are not good for the undergrowth and getting up ladders. The pictures were taken by regular paps ( both scum fans) and ,as I have said before,City haven't worked very hard to stop them getting any pictures they want. But they have managed to stop City fans watching.
