We were very unlucky to lose Aguero and Fernandinho. They would have been huge. We actually started well but then fell away. That said I think we should have matched them in midfield given where we were. I just don't buy two against three when we're up against a strong midfield like Chelsea or Bayern or Barca. We should have left out Dzeko or Negredo and played Milner. From where we are we need a goal so Jovetic should come in for Negredo since he looks to be playing the worst of the two. I'd be inclined to bring on Milner for De Michelis as well.

I don't particularly rate Demichelis as a centre back but he's far better than Nastasic so would go with what you said.

We're being overrun in midfield though so I'd possibly take off one of the strikers for Jovetic, just to give us some more bodies there.
