It's my fault for having too many sherbets, I get the impression I'm an arrogant drunk.

It would have changed everything from a psychological point of view. Don't underestimate what that win will do for these players. You need only listen to Silva's words following what happened at the Bernabéu last season to realise how much of an impact that defeat had on the mindset of our squad, this victory will do the opposite.

I am glad we didn't bring Kun on to pull a hamstring in the last 15 minutes or to mess up the plan and let Bayern get an equaliser.Fantastic result.
A lot of people have said this but why would it have mattered if they equalised? It would have changed nothing whereas one more goal for us would have changed a lot.

Only at City could we field a B team away at the European champions, who are unbeaten at home since forever caning everyone, spot them a 2 goal start, roar back to win 3-2 .... and still end up getting a kicking in the press. Proud of the performance last night and the result which I am sure will have got a few peoples attention. However, to not know the rules of the comp and that 4-2 would have won us the group - when they are paid zillions for their jobs - is piss poor.

I think we need to have more confidence in ourselves by the time we went 3-2 up we really had Bayern by the balls. They were shaken and looking shocked. Would have bee perfect to bring aguero on then as they were clearly looking shaky. A 3-2 win as brilliant as it was didn't actually change anything In terms of the group.

That win will give us that confidence in future.

But certain people seem to be missing the very basic point that IF(IF) for whatever reason pellegrini did not know what score we needed to top the group then that's a fuck up which needs seeing to.

Yes choice now in the draw will be that we would be one of the good teams in pot 2 (unseeded teams) but had we qualified as seeded, it'd have been Bayern in that unseeded pot ...
Even now if you ask anyone who'd they rather draw against in last 16, City or Bayern and the answer 10/10 times will still be us!
