Anyone notice how smart Lambert is dressed? Is he going to a party later or something.

He was going to Arsene's, but I think his invite might get ripped up.

Arsene spend some
You can't be a real country unless you have a beer and an airline. It helps if you have some kind of a football team, or some nuclear weapons, but at the very least you need a beer.

That was a splendid display by Villa & the sort of thing we have to beware of. The sum of their performance was much greater than the usual level of the individuals involved.

If Delph was to play like that all season, he would be a shoe in for our squad. He was dogshit v us last time.

Unfortunately, I very much doubt they can repeat those energy levels again in a few days v Chelsea.

You mean they have two top four sides in their first two games? Someone get Gollum on the phone, he'll champion their cause.

I see Ricky Van Wolfswinkel scored for Norwich. Possibly the most ridiculously named scorer in English football since Jermaine McSporran.

Raining though. Should help the rags' bluescouse routine v Swansea's passing game.

Wouldn't surprise me if Rooney ends up bailing them out, but it would be nice if he came on & got sent straight off instead, then punched Gollum in the face.
