Clichy does not look comfortable in the centre, he is a full back keep him there. Keep a back four.

We might not have a four at the back option ... unless we put Rekik in there along with Lescott.

Stuart Brennan just tweeted these:

Kompany likely out for 2-3 weeks, more news later. Nastasic also a doubt for tomorrow with inflamed knee ligament.

Balotelli rolled up for training today and set to be involved at QPR.

He might try Garcia as a central defender again. Boyata hasn't even been on the bench to my knowledge but he might make it there against QPR. IF Garcia is the right sided central defender Milner would have to play deeper (unless he decides to give Rodwell a game) which opens a spot for Nasri. I think I'd quite like to see what Garcia can do for a whole game in our defence.

I'd prefer to see us with four at the back since our good form has come under that formation - try and keep the changes as minimal as possible.

I wonder if he's been trying Rodwell at CB in training.

I could only see any of the non-recognised CBs playing as one of three, mind (as opposed to one of two).

Garcia has already stated that he has zero problem playing as CB as that was his position for a long time elsewhere.

He has filled in that role quite a few times as far as i am aware. Who knows we may have another Komps o our hands who may find a better role than the one hes used to.

He did some decent defending v Stoke.

It's a bit different of course against more mobile players rather than the troglodytes, but aerially he is better than Nastasic or Kolo so it's mainly down to whether he gets skinned on the deck . Dzeko did a really good job helping at set pieces, so if we can keep that together, it will mainly be down to the midfield to stop Garcia & Lescott from having to face too many 1v1s, which they would have to try & do if Vinny & Nastasic were playing in any case.

Plus Garcia is much better on the ball than any of the other cbs.

This is the team I would play. I don't think Milner and Barry are right together sitting in front of the defence and the 3 at the back system should only be brought in if the game requires it.

QPR have recently beaten Chelsea and held Spurs so this could be a frustrating evening until we break them down.

David Platt had said that if Nastasic [19] fails to recover in time for tomorrow's game, we may partner wonderkid Karim Rekik [18] with Lescott.

3-5-2 will be played, Roberto always avoids 2 left footed CB's. Very Smart.

Hart
Zaba-Garcia-Nastasic

Rodwell-Barry

Milner and Kolorov wingbacks

Silva CAM

Aguero, Balotelli up front

Maybe but I think there's no chance. Garcia won't be in the center. it'll either be Lescott or Nasti. And if its only one of them because of the left-footed issue, then Clichy will be on the left. And I don't think with all the transfer gossip Balo will even make the bench. So Nasri would come in for him.
I'm not really a City fan. I'm just here for attention.

Gangland! QPR players in bust-up as Redknapp claims rival agents are at war with each other

Warring Queens Park Rangers players had to be kept apart in an astonishing dressing-room bust-up after their crushing FA Cup defeat by MK Dons at the weekend.
On a day when manager Harry Redknapp claimed the January transfer window had descended into ‘gang warfare’ between rival agents, it emerged a massive division has developed in his QPR dressing room.

Earlier this month Redknapp admitted there was resentment between the old guard and high-earning signings and Sportsmail understands there were two camps after Saturday’s 4-2 defeat.
One witness described the scene as ‘unbelievable’, with players trading insults and threatening to come to blows during a fiery inquest minutes after they were dumped out of the Cup.
QPR sources claimed the incident lasted ‘between 90 seconds and two minutes’ as they argued over the team’s shocking performance.
Redknapp responded to the defeat by labelling the players ‘a disgrace’ after they were beaten by League One opposition, even threatening to kick them out of the club.

As Redknapp prepared for this evening’s Barclays Premier League game with Manchester City, he was trying to bring in more players to give his squad a much-needed lift. Former Blackburn defender Chris Samba, now at Anzhi Makhachkala, is thought to be a top target.
Sources claim the row on Saturday erupted the moment the players returned to the dressing room, with players responding angrily to having their application and desire questioned.
That led to a furious exchange between two players in particular but others took sides. Although some players feared it could get physical, others kept them apart.
Redknapp had already left the dressing room and on Monday his focus was on the madness of the January transfer window.
He claimed agents are working furiously to ‘screw each other’ in every deal, likening the middlemen to the ice-cream sellers in 1980s Glasgow who fought with guns.

Redknapp has signed striker Loic Remy from Marseille for £8million and is pursuing West Bromwich Albion forward Peter Odemwingie and Porto defender Rolando as well as Samba. He will today travel to Wembley for a work-permit hearing into South Korean left back Yun Suk-young.
Redknapp said: ‘I’ve never seen anything like it. Every agent seems to be trying to screw each other. It’s like gang warfare out there.
‘If you’ve got a deal for a player, another agent will try to scupper that. It’s unbelievable. They’re fighting for big money, that’s the problem.
‘If someone can see themselves muscling in on a deal... it’s a bit like the ice-cream sellers in Glasgow. Someone has nicked their pitch. Someone’s going to shoot them or something!
‘I have left it to the chairman, it was doing my head in. It’s crazy.’
