Dunno, but I hope there's some legs to it (just realised that probably needs a translation - I don't know, but I hope it's true) - he is the only Brazilian I can think of that I would want to see at City at this moment in time.

He'd better not be transfering in January or I will be rather annoyed.

Isco from Malaga is the name that I keep reading about in the transfer gossip and news.
Malaga are in financial difficulty and he would be good to partner silva or give the lad a break.
My only concern about this speculation is that Malaga are through to the next stage if the CL, so i can't see them selling one of their star players now when they have a bit to fight for.

I saw him in the chump's league and he was hardworking as well as talented (tracking back and defending etc) - very unBrazilian, plus he plays in a country with shitty weather. Not sure about a source though, maybe our Italian friend has one.

I think we should sign both Isco and Fernandinho as if you saw Shakhtar's games against Chelsea Fernandinho was more of a CM and Isco is more a creative midfielder. They are just what we need imo.

does sergio's injury change our priorities in the market? Do we bring someone in and potentially have 5 quality strikers + unproven guidetti or do we stick with dzeko, tevez, balo and guidetti?

I think we need to stick with those 4 and strengthen other areas, but tevez is really going to have to get back into a more regular scoring habit to make up for sergio. Any other long term injury in attack and we are really light on the ground. if 1 striker and/or barry, silva, nasri get injured ... we will be struggling at a crucial stage.

I like the rumors about fernandinho and isco ... hope we pull both of those off. For the first time in awhile, I'm pretty confident about our defensive cover, as kolo lescott and nasti have all proven to be capable at pairing with kompany. RB might be a bit thin (is maicon injured?) and with zaba a suspension is never far away.

Given a fair value for money on both, though I'd get De Rossi, who might grant 3 seasons at the top yet.

Are Juve gonna sign a striker?

It's tight with us. More of a January transfer cat-flap. I'll be surprised if anything at all significant happens with us, hopefully pleasantly.

Already showed he can handle the English game.He was one of portsmouths better players.

On that basis we should bring back Santa Cruz.

That would be a popular move amongst the fans but I'm just not sure we could accomodate his medical team.

ruled out any move for Drogbe, deeming age and WAGES not accorded to their policy.
They are keep chasing and praising Llorente, hoping to get an improbable bargain... might come true, most probably on summer, if no richer Club bid for him. Key for each Italian Club atm is adjusting losses.

2. "ACID QUEEN"
3. "never once fails to turn a football thread into a himseelf thread"
4. "thumbs stalker often resulting in repetitive thumb strain"
5. ignore the cunt. he's on permantent wum mission. only TIDs may know City

You'd need to make a very good psychiatrist in order to guess what next in a eight yrs long line of hatred...

I still don't think we'll sign anyone, unless we can get another loan deal like that ageing Italian midfielder we picked up whose name escapes me at the moment.

As for strikers if you read what Platt said that I really doubt we'll see Guidetti until the final few matches of the season, if at all
