Good to see us fans have started turning silly after premier league win.we have signed a good player in rodwell but are people really so underwhelmed?did we only expect 30-40 or even 50 million pound players to be bought in.our current team is still improving and needs very few additions in my mind.
Good luck Rodwell welcome to the real blues, city blue.

This kind of utter shit has existed all my City suporting life. In the old days, the common bullshit was that, if a manager was popular & his tactics were fucking terrible, the assistant manager was responsible. Hence, it wasn't Peter Reid who had his team humping the ball to Niall Quin's head, it was Sam Ellis.

It was bollocks then & it's bollocks now. Time everyone grew up.

Tedward,

I hope you of all people realize that my viewpoint and Manch4evuh's, bless his heart, are things of a different nature to one another my friend.

And I don't think Razak will make it either.

i agree with mancio that 17MM is too much (assuming that is the real fee). then again, dippers paid 20 for henderson, 20(?) for downing and 50 for carrol. maybe 17 for rodwell isn't too bad.

Surely value for money can only be decided after the player has played in the team for a reasonable amount of time, not before he's kicked a ball.

Honestly Chinns I am too much dumped to pass the test, now. I just noticed few fine birds, a notlob wearing a gerrard shirt but nothing I could relate to a Loomy legend.
Anyway I am definitely up for few pints and laugh, anywhere near of far from Fallowfield.
and invitation to Your Club would amuse me utmost.

What's the point you're making? People don't want us forking out money?

Well guess, we're the world's richest club. People are going to take us to the cleaners because they can. The sooner that's accepted and transfer fees aren't dwelled on the better off we'll be.

Right on that.
I was just arguing with those who pissed me off saying that the task for this season is save money for FFP' sake, according to Khaldoon's strict orders. Thus no money for Javi martinez (about 22 mil) nor for De Rossi (could have easily taken for say 25 mil euro)
Then all the sudden, it comes, again, that Marwood has squandered 17 million on a prospect, who perhaps will turn out to be as alchool addict as me, AJ or Chinners.
we'll learn it by living.
but Marwood is dumping Bob hard work.
