It's made worse by no commentator ever mentioning his dives.
like Fergie Dalglish scares em into blind spots, when Rodwell is sent off he shows no interest and even has the front to show it. What goes around.

Yep, mistiming a leg-breaker. Coming from behind so there's no risk to himself because he's a coward.

Not the first time he flicked off the fans. He did it in the Netherlands against Feyenoord fans.

From what I've seen so far nothing at all will happen to him disciplinary wise until he either breaks someones legs or takes a chunk out of someones ear. Dalglish is the new Taggart, distracting attention away from the real issues and putting all the blame strictly at the ref's feet.
Liverpool FC are now my most hated team, their play acting and constant whinging have really got to me. Combined with the media's backing of the Suarez and Spearing incident last night, and today (Neville's 'Orange Card'), it just goes to show how desperate Sky and all the Red Tops want to see one of their favourites to get back to the top.
And yes, I'm hating them more than the Rags at the moment.

I cant believe that they tried to say that wasn’t a red, if that lads leg would have been planted there is no doubt in my mind he would have broke his ankle, it was a dirty challenge with both feet off the floor.

Spot on he is doing a great job of hiding a Reina mistake, also total denial on the diving shit.

The most laughable part of Dalgleish's comments is saying Suarez "has integrity." Liverpool are so desperate to regain their lost glory they''ll pin their hopes on a little shit like this. He'd never have been tolerated by the old Liverpool, just think how Ron Yeats or Tommy Smith would have dealt with him in the dressing room.

Since when was it OK for players to literally surround the ref?? And not just two or three, but the whole fuckin team!!!! I've just seen that tackle from last night and the worst thing about it was that the whole Liverpool team were in the refs face, barging in to him, Skrtel actually squaring up to him and Reina running from his goal to do it. Fuckin disgusting. Typical of the rags during the 90s.

If you notice, they all start with the arm waving before the ref even gets his cards out of his pocket; they know it's likely to be red & are getting their complaints in early.

I think I'm gonna be in a small minority but I thought it was a good firm challenge that won the ball and that it was harsh that the kid got sent off.

There were two parts to the challenge - the first was the clean ball connection that he got (completely fair). The second part was the unnecessary action of going in studs first with the second foot, straight through the player. I would of been going mad if a City player did that as it was totally pointless, he was already going to win the ball.

It made me think of Nige's challenge against Newcastle last year. Went in, won the ball. If players clash in the follow through, is that necessarily the fault of the guy making the challenge. His priority is to win the ball cleanly, what happens after that is not all within his control. Was their intent beyond winning the ball? I'm not sure. But I thought it was a good firm challenge.

Nige had to bring his leg round because otherwise it would have trapped/stretched underneath him; he just swung it around to get it out of the way as anyone would do. The scouser put his studs up after he'd got the ball going directly into his opponent. I don't think it was an intent to injure, just to cause pain by kicking the bloke.

Didn't the little rat Dalglish say that it was a great tackle and that it wasn't Spearing's fault that the player was in the way?
Does this mean that I can start going through the keeper because ''He was just in the way'?

At no point were Nige's studs up when he tackled Ben Arfa - infact he has a very distinctive studs-down style which is part of why he's so effective.

Scouse have five games before they play us.
QPR home, Wigan and Villa away, Blackburn and Newcastle at home.
It would be nice if he missed one or two of the games against us.
Having said that, we always seem to struggle against that pudding Carroll.
Sorry, whilst I agree with your comment about Suarez and I hope he does get a long ban. I have to pull you up about
Carroll . On what basis have we struggled against Carroll ?
He scored a well taken goal at Anfield last season. By his form at Liverpool , he could easily have wellied it over the bar, but he didn't. He got lucky on a loose ball that Tevez didn't chase down because he apparently had a thigh problem.
Carroll is a 35 million waste of money. Why should any team fear him ? Even scouse 1 fans want him loaned out to get more confidence and playing time ( according to the radio program I heard this morning).
Carroll was a poorly thought out purchase by Liverpool, a left over from the Heady days of dumb buys by the Spanish waiter himself.
Carroll had a cracking game against us last boxing day at newcastle, won everything in the air & scored to make it 2 - 1

I see the Spearing red card hasn't been appealed. Surely after Dalglish's statement yesterday he can't now think he's bang to rights?
