It seems that a lot of data was entered wrongly into the new cup scheme, people's account numbers etc. I heard somewhere that we had 'changed suppliers' and this must have happened in the changeover. People cant get it done on line and are waiting an hour to try and speak to ticket office. All this and Gold, Platinum, Blue etc, whatever.
So for anyone who thought the ticket office couldn't get any worse -
OH YES IT CAN!
The site doesn't seem much help, I logged in to check if there is any sign of the tickets being allocated via the cup direct scheme and there doesn't appear to be a history option anymore?

we should definately sell out now surely? Wigan was sold out today and we've got the top tier of the away section, so unless they can get there act together and sell there measly 1500 allocation we could be on for a record attendence as we dont need stewards on tier 2 for segregation?

Managed to find the area on the site that shows my purchase history and the Napoli game is there so the cup direct scheme worked ok for me, it'd be nice if they sent a text or an email to confirm it though

Well they didn't confirm mine, I did get the email about having to move seats for the Carling Cup but not a titter about Napoli, forgot to ask my lads if they'd heard anything

Cheers for that.
City's site is frustratingly shit to the point of wanting to hurl the comp across the room.

I felt more inclined to kick the monitor in, but it would have been unfair, as it's not its fault.
