I hope we attack, they are so vulnerable at the back!
If you play for a draw, odds on you're gonna lose.
(especially if you're Man City!)
We should go all out to win
especially with the form Gomes is in, at present!
Why especially if you're Man City?

We need to beat spuds and restore karma..qualifying for the CL beating them would be all the more sweeter

exactly. and the media would have to admit it went to the team who deserved it.
not that they would do that even if we beat them 4-0

We could really hurt Spurs by only drawing and helping them fuck up next year again by being in the Europa league that they don't want..

I'd be more worried about red Scouse next season.

I would rather inflict that on Liverpool based on their current form.

If we have to worry about them next season, Bob will be out of a job. We'll be expecting to be up with rags Chelsea & Arsenal & those deluded fuckers won't be. Just because they're on a 'new manager' Stuart Pearce type run at the moment doesn't mean they're going to be thereabouts next season. Everton do exactly the same thing in the last part of every season & they're only 2 points behind Liverpool in the form guide over the last 6 games, as are West Brom.

I'm with Ted on this one. Unless they drastically improve their squad they will be nowhere near the top.

I disagree. I think it is too premature to write them off. On current form they would be something like 2nd in the league and they will undoubtedly strengthen in the summer. Their new owners have shown they are not afraid to splash the cash and their pedigree will attract better players than spurs could.

I can't see us challenging for the league next season IMO

Who knows what signings are lined up if we get champions league. We will finally be able to sign quality players because they want to come and play here, not just for the money.
We only need a left back, a winger and a likely Tevez replacement to kick on and get another 10 points.
Hopefully we will beat scum to any major signings and they will decline further.
Arsenal will wimp out, Chelsea are getting older and older, Spuds wont sign any defenders again and scouse 1 wont actually be able to sign any quality players due to not being in champs league again.

We're making good progress,it will take time to challenge season after season. We are still four quality players short of a top three side.
