Rather a player pissed off at being subbed than happy about it.

If he played every minute of every game and got subbed in the last minute of the last game of the season, you get the impression he'd be pissed about it.

He's the "Un-Elano" in that regard. I don't mind his attitude either. And i didn't mind Mancini's fatherly push in the back either to send him into the stands. We need some fuclin swagger and we're earning it...inside the dressing room and on the pitch.

Today was a fantastic result. TYY MotM for me.

cheers

For me it was Kompany.

We'll miss Kolarov. Sold short by Yaya? was it for his first yellow and then a very harsh second yellow. Zabaleta in at left back and probably Micah in at Right back although I'd go with Jerome. Then Johnson in on the left and Balotelli centre forward. Should be enough for 3 points.

Mario central, AJ wide for me.

Was just about to write exactly that !
Brilliant display from the lads today. Could've been 4 or 5 but not complaining since we got the 3 points. Well done Bob.

Either one's a good shout...i just felt yaya was such a physical presence and his passing was fantastic. We're a different side with him in it that's for sure. I was watching Vinnie today saying to myself "he's one of the best CBs in the league" and i think that's becoming a fact without my blue-tinted specs on.

cheers

I would like a Bob Manc and the Lads appreciation thread tonight, btw...

Not as unfair as about four season ago when we should have beaten them 11-0, only for Dunne to fuck up n the last minute to give them a pen and the game

Forgotten that was against Bolton. Thank God it didn't happen again today but then again Dunnie's not with us anymore !!

Nice win indeed. Fun to watch our play but a bit frustrating because of the lack of goals.

Can we put this to bed, please? MANCIO4EVER is not Vhero.

Fuckin great win today. Bolton are a very under-rated team and they didn't get a sniff until the ref evened it out for them. Even then they hardly peppered our goal with shots. Fair play to them for at least attempting to have a go at us, something the filth dismally failed to do. Once it turns in to a game of football with two teams actually trying to win rather than one setting out to do no more than stifle, we are an extremely tough proposition for anyone.

Hard to pick out one player for MotM. I thought they all did their jobs really well except for Joe Hart who has got to learn to keep his concentration at maximum in games where he has nothing to do for long spells.

Words fail me regarding andre marriner.
