Balotelli talks set for Monday
Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti is planning to hold further talks with Manchester City on Monday regarding a deal for Mario Balotelli.
City are trying to add the teenage striker to their squad, but have yet to come to an agreement with both Inter and the player.
According to reports in Italy, City have lowered their offer for Balotelli from an initial €30million (£25m) to €27m (£22.5m) and they are also yet to meet the 19-year-old's personal demands.
Balotelli's agent has revealed that the player is becoming 'anxious' regarding the failure to finalise a move and discussions now appear to be on hold until after the weekend.
Moratti confirmed that no agreement is yet in place, but he remains prepared to let Balotelli leave Inter for the right price.
"For Balotelli to go to Man City, we are still missing an agreement with the club," Moratti told Sky Italia.
"We will probably talk about this on Monday to try and find a definite agreement with the English side."

Same here. The potential in this lad is way too much to let go.

You English people obviously don' t know anything about the Italian situation.
Balotelli in Italy is constantly racially abused by the supporters during every match for 90 minutes because he' s black.
The supporters sing things like "a black Italian doesn' t exist" and other racist chants so how do you expect a 19 year old kid like Balotelli can react ?
Inter supporters are one of he most racist in Italy.
In Italy there' s a lot of racism against black players not only against Balotelli(ask to Paul Ince, he had the same problem when he played in Italy) that' s why there are very few black players in the Italian league.
In England there is not the racism problem so he wil be ok, he will mature and within some years Balotelli wil be on of the best players in the world.
Not surprising he has a fucking attitude really is it?
Inter fans seem to deny that they give him abuse but he definitely gets it elsewhere. It must be fucking difficult to just get on with the game under those circumstances & not lose it. Don't understand why UEFA don't use sanctions against clubs who can't stop these wankers from doing that. It's just not on that someone should have tp put up with that shit.
Tbf, in the case of Paul Ince though, he probably just got abuse for being a cunt.

I think it's the fact that he is Italian and black that riles the racists. Hence, "a black Italian doesn't exist". Also he doasn't seem to respond to the abuse with stoicism. Not a very humble lad.
Hopefully, if he came to us, he would take it as a fresh start and not begin to look for excuses if/when difficulties arise.

according to the italians who post on bluemoon while its true that there is racist chants being thrown on balotellli however it's usually the minority of supporters. they explained further that balotelli's antics is also one of the main reason why supporters hate the kid. basically he winds them up with his antics that's why they throw those chants at him.

Where will he play though?
