"..............could let in Chelsea and Man U***d who both fancy the midfielder and may offer him a better chance of starting..........."

picked out of the earlier post - now doesn't that just position where we are nowadays?

The fact that he's made 200 odd appearences & he's only 24 is a plus rather than a minus in my book. Also, he's been rapidly improving at a time when a lot of players, especially english ones, often go downhill.

Having said that, I don't actually give a flying fuck whether we sign him or not. I think he'll do well for us if we do get him but there'll be other players who'll also do well so I'm not arsed either way.

I really think we should stick a bid in for that Coentrao chappie i think he is quality.

I have no doubt that we have kept Lazio from going bankrupt many times over the past 10 years.

Today's main Spanish bollox:

Kolarov will go to City

Touré and his agent have already met City in Barcelona.

And Silva's transfer is being held up by the form of payment. Valencia want it all right now, Cooky says NOOOOOOOO! And the value of RSC, likely to be, wait for it...............................................€2M net!

If he's as good as Roberto Carlos at taking free kicks, everyone behind the goal, especially those sat near the corner flag, need to wear helmets.

Cheers Blood...sounds pretty good!
