You fell into a great situation. The board was looking for someone to bring Mo/Zorro/Dev/Erwin down a peg or 2. You were the man.
The stars were aligned.

Its a new day though, new rules. We're a pack of wolves. Controversial for the sake of being controversial newbies get frowned upon. Start attacking a regular at 100 posts, thats like putting the cherry on top of the goodbye cake.

True.

I always thought Jonny Crossan was a poster from the very old days?

Eloquent as ever, Grob. Although I don't actively want our Manager sacked. I just don't think he'll take us to the Premiership Title and neither do 50% of other voters.

What can I say? I suffer fools. I let people wind me up easily. It takes a special kind of "character" to get me as annoyed as JC did. I wish he'd change his username, too. There's already a Crossan on here. A decent Fellow, too. I'd hate to get them confused.

Several established Posters have made me want to put my fist through my monitor on more than one occasion because of the Manager issue - but I've never taken it away with me. I've also been able to take some of their thoughts on board because you can learn alot about yourself from people you disagree with. Regrettably, I can't say that about someone who talks down to me and questions my intelligence.

Hi Garry,I just wanted to shake your hand and ask you a question.I go to COMS as mucha as possible but sometimes I cannot leave the house as Sophie.....sorry..Sophie is my Cat...... needs a carer when Im away and sometimes I cannot find one.
My question is ; Is it possible to bring Sophie to matches at COMS in her kitten box and can she come in for free?

Mods - why is personal abuse being tolerated? I've made my points, backed them up with evidence and I'm being called names in exchange. And there was me being told that the quality of debate had improved since Hughes got his cards...

Or is Mr YouTube just a typical Wummer just looking for a reaction?

He's just a fly by night poster Jim, no substance. I dont take them seriously until 1000

You're a grisly gang on here to be sure. I fear the logic of Jim's "points" eludes me and his appeals to the mods for intolerance to Captain Mainwaring are frankly staggering. The censure from OD for my failing to dignify this puerile nonsense with a reply I'll just have to take on the chin and flutter off into the night.

Or alternatively, just have a decent argument and debate it well.

I assure you i've spent enough time on Forums to know a troll / WUM when I see one. i.e. Taking on people for daring to disagree with their opinion on one subject (their only opinion in general) and then pretending they don't understand anyone elses points. I had far better back and forths with the Anti Hughes brigade. At least they had structure and intelligence to what they said. You just call me names.

I won't be wasting my time with you anymore and HOPEFULLY you'll stick by your promise and flutter off into the night. Flutter off, Old Man.

you said that before sonny jim but back you came - like a moth to a flame(r)

Forgive me but I just don't see what you are complaining about. I always make a point of correcting Southerners and particularly De Jong fans, otherwise they never learn. Puerile was inaccurate though, infantile better describes your views about what constitutes an effective manager.

I have clearly delighted you all long enough. The argument from consensus is compelling - eat shit: a billion flies can't be wrong.
My advice to you Grob is to think before you post, that way everyone can enjoy the torrent of drivel that emanates from your disordered brain reducing to the merest trickle. Eloquent or not?

More rhetoric, attempted insults and name calling. The Pro-Hughes brigade were never this bad.

I'm not a Southerner, btw.

Just can't help yourself - round the candle again!
interesting you're disassociating yourself from the soft South, even though it's where you inhabit.
Listen Jim, for what it's worth (which to you will be a negative quantity I'm sure) here's my not so eloquent advice :

Give Mancini half as long as Hughes and if he still fails to please, start a campaign for Harry Twitcher. The others on here will be with you all the way.

Are you trying to say that there was pro-Hughes Brigade. I was lead to believe that no one loved Hughes.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?
