We have citycards and tickets for tomorrows game. the problem is that my idiot father has thrown away the paper part of the tickets so we dont know where we are sitting or which turnstile to use.
is there a way you can enter the citycard numbers on the website to find out where the seats are?
any help would be much appreciated
cheers

there are usually people just near the turnstyles with little machines
if you stick your citycard in one of them that should give you the details.
or else go to the ticket office 2morrow and they should have it logged.

or ring the Customer Services dept and they'll tell you
Never criticise a man until you've walked a mile in his shoes.
That way when you do criticise him you'll be a mile away.
And you'll have his shoes.

"I’ve forgotten my seat details, how do I find out what seat I purchased?
Your seat details are stored in your Purchase History so you can check them anytime. Also we’ll send you a confirmation email with the seat details on them, try to keep hold of this so you know where to sit.
If you forget when you get to the Stadium not to worry, look out for a Steward with a hand held device and they can read your card and tell you where to sit. "
From the OS
Failing this or if you haven't registered ring the stadium box office before 5.30pm

I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal labotomy!

Rather than finding a steward tomorrow you can ring Ticket Line tonight (until 11pm) and quote your customer numbers (on the card). They can tell you what the entrance number, and seat details are etc
