Did you understand what i wrote ? Never between the sticks.

That's what you say to 6 year olds. The best goalkeeper in the world should be able to control a ball no matter where it is

We've signed Courtois now?

It's 2026. Courtois is far from the best keeper in the world these days. And he's actually worse than Donna with his feet.

Donna is no Ederson (or Trafford) but he's not as bad with his feet as the press are making out. As a 16 year old whippersnapper at Milan he was one of the pioneers for keepers playing out from the back.

There have been some hairy moments in the first few games and we can't rely on him like we were able to with Eddie in past years, playing back to him shouldn't be the default first option, but as long as the defenders give him a fighting chance with a decent pass he'll do fine.

And should have added he makes saves. In big matches with tight margins a keeper making a save he's not expected to can be the difference between winning and losing.

We shouldn't forget Trafford had some real hairy moments at the start. None of them is an Ederson. But then he had his airhead moments!

He did, like wiping out Opposition players when it was unnecessary, not always the best shot stopper either.

Always the first to pile in when the opposition tried roughing us up though. I miss the mad bastard.
