Agreed. Fantastic for us when he was fit could have been so much more without the injuries. All the best John thanks for Istanbul you were outstanding

Apparently, a few teams in Italy, lead by Juve , are interested in Reijnders. Since it is a bank holiday for you all in the UK, anyone got time to drive him there ?

No, but if you set up a go fund me I'll gladly stick in a fiver towards petrol expenses.

First season with us after playing in a much slower Italian league. I remain one of his biggest critics as he goes missing all too often. Losing Bernie and effectively, Foden, we are light for creative alternatives to Cherki. I'd say give him this next season to see if he can step up. Italian clubs don't have a pot to piss in so unless Juve want to do a deal using the fullback that we were looking at, they'd want catalogue payments so fuck that. That said, I'd fuck him off for hard cash if Anderson is inbound

Get a decent left back, what's wrong with a midfield group of Nico, Nico,Cherki and Rodi ?. Although that sounds like a firm of Solicitors

Wouldn't say no to that solicitous midfield. Think Nico G with Rodders would work it would free Rodders up further up the pitch and Nico G could sit behind.

That's a great call but also wonder how much longer Rodri has in him. Both for moving out players not good enough and getting better ones in, this is probably our most important transfer window in a long time.

Erling Haaland's agent, Rafaela Pimenta, has said that Manchester City are the most difficult club to conduct negotiations with.

In an interview with ESPN, Pimenta said the eight-time Premier League champions are "very serious, they're very organised. They're very big. They know what they're doing, they have a lot of experience, they don't really need anything, they have everything. So we don't have any leverage."

This really shows the level we are at now, that we don't take any shit.

Don't really need anything? He doesn't know what he's talking about.

We need a left back, a right back, probably a centre back, two or three midfielders, a keeper who can catch, two wingers who can deliver a final ball, some competition for Haaland up front, we need someone to take Savinho off our hands, we need the old Phil Foden back, and a manager who will play exciting football.

That's quite a wish list. Surely some youngsters must be coming through .

Cheeky bid for Valverde?

Well, their gossip column today suggests City are interested in Vini Jnr.

So i guess the Rags will bid 20 mill more for the wally.

also, Valverde went to a hospital after a bust up with Tchouameni today . who the Rags are interested in . Might make Derby day a bit of a boxing match though.
