Was the board down with rage?

Sack everyone. Khus for manager and captain

Pep, rodri, dias bye.

Id fuck haaland off too but it won't happen and omar is also gash.

I just hope a new manager and a world class midfield athlete ups the rest.

This season has usually been on Pep but this game was just as much on the players. Dias especially is atrocious and well below the level needed.

Collectively giving up at the end and letting the cheating cunt put 2 in the net is close to unforgivable.

Clearly, I wasn't the only one who couldn't get back in to post for the last 25 minutes....

Trying to post got spikes when we had 600+ "guests" which became 1100 plus before it crashed and now down 300ish. What is going on?

Pep getting absolutely murdered on Premier sports.

The co commentator was bang on, can see everything wrong. Id fucking have him as manager. Normally get some mong saying dias and haaland are in form.

Lennon arguing with them all.

Except for Khusanov, our defense and midfield was nonexistant off the ball. Better finishing from madrid and we'd lose by 3-4 goals. And we should have been down to 9 men

Sky sports are saying in their match thread, that Pep said he was staying next season.

I’ve heard Pep Guardiola speak so many times about the fine margins in the Champions League and he’ll reflect upon another missed opportunity in Europe.

"His side created a host of great opportunities across the two legs but found Courtois and then Lumin equal to almost everything.

"Pep says he’s staying next season so will have another crack at this competition. We’ll take him at his word and see if he can recreate the sort of City team that was able to win it in 2023.”

I agree. I thought we did well, especially considering we were ten v twelve.

Agree.

We played Miles better yes but thats cos we've not had a shot since Newcastle.

We couldn't hit the target. The defence inc Donna, bar khus was wank. Midfield wank.

Cherki and khus. That's it.

No idea what the coverage was like but I thought he crowd were brilliant tonight, not sure how it came across on TV.

Thought we started excellent and Madrid were all over the place and struggling until the Bernardo sending off. Then after that we had to adapt, thought we equipped ourselves very well against them under the circumstances.

It was a positive change at half time by Pep, switching the formation and still trying to go for it. But it wasn't to be, however, khushanov showed a clean pair of heels to that twat Vini tonight, made him look stupid on a number of occasions. Thought Marmoush was awful when he came on, he kept going deep and there was nobody in the middle, but overall I think we handled ourselves very well with 10 men.

Only 1 team for the quad now, let's hope we stop that on Sunday

Well, I have to say that I am proud of our players tonight in the respect that we gave our all. I thought Cherki and Rodri were outstanding. But of course the game was lost with the Bernie incident, I thought it could have been a yellow give that the shot was not on target and the ref should have seen that during his review, obviously a penalty though. If we play anything like that on Sunday with quick passing and pace we will blow arsenal away, but I strongly suspect we will revert back to type and play right into their hands. Madrid deserved their victory from the first leg performance. Hey ho the refs fuck us over yet again. Does this mean that Bernie will be banned on Sunday ?

The ref blowing for a foul by Khus on vinicious right before halftime is one of the more maddening calls I've seen for awhile. And to give him a yellow on top of it is hard to put into words.

The one bright spark left for us is the possibility of the murderers and spuds get fucked off tomorrow, fingers crossed.
