Until the government passes legislation regarding the return of proper standing terraces the atmosphere is always going to be mediocre, the rail seats are only half arsed. £20 standing none season tickets are the way forward for 14- 25 yr olds and get groups of young fans congregating like the old days minus the 20ft high fences and barbed wire.
