Manchester City look to cut the gap on Arsenal at the top of the table with a tricky trip to face a Sunderland side unbeaten at home.
City have won their first league game in a remarkable 18 of the past 19 years, including the past 13 in a row. Interestingly, though, the last time they did not take three points was a 1-0 loss to Sunderland on New Year's Day in 2012.
They have scored in 32 consecutive league games in the month of January dating back to 2017. It is the longest such run in top-flight history

Tinkering is the wrong word J. Like you say, we don't know who has knocks etc. Save Rodri for Sunday too ?

We know who has knocks. Pep had his presser yesterday and confirmed injuries.

sav needs to up his game, he needs to go past defenders instead of coming back and passing back, just go past the defender and then attack and pass in the box

I am more worried about Ake than Savio. Ake's an accident waiting to happen as a CB.
Was hoping he was going towards Palace.

Anyone know the record of consecutive seasons playing in Europe?
Surely we must be in the discussion, right?

How are we still keeping players like him, Stones or Phillips? Mendy in the past?
What a fucking joke.
