Nunes trying to play out a one two from defence is not what is required at this stage , giving it away numerous times in the last 30 minutes since we went 3 goals up.
Great goal from Cherki
Can someone , preferably Bernie stick one on Emre Can before the whistle

Great result. Dortmund aren't mugs and for the most part we dominated and could easily have had six or seven.

Sets us up nicely for the dippers fixture on Sunday

It is such a shame we lost 4 - 1. Still it might put a smile on some faces.

Good game and win that. Thought we'd see Cherki and Dias rested for Sunday. On to the scouse vermin

Just got back. Very good performance against a team who's only lost once all season 2-1 to Bayern.
Both wingers scared them to death, best performance from Rudolph since the opening day and a couple of assists. Two great finishes from Phil and Erling immense again.
Loved Donna's double tackle late on, Ederson would have been sent off.

I have not seen the game tonight. I was really surprised with a great concert by Johnny Marr.

However, i have a question. Why would you want to see a City player injure an opposition player ?
Why not have the City player concentrate on playing football to the best of his ability ?

Have to say it (unlike some on this site ) I’ll admit — we played an absolute blinder tonight. Full control, sharp, ruthless, the lot.
Sav still gives the ball away like it’s going out of fashion (5 in the first half alone), but credit where it’s due , he manned up, won 6 tackles , laid on the assist for Haaland’s second, and actually looked a threat on the wing for the first time in fucking ages !!
That’s the minimum I expect from him and he needs to do it week in, week out for the slagging off to stop.
THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"

Hats off to Tijana as well, he is the base from which our players shine. Does so much on and off the ball that I love from an 8, won't tear up trees but you can see Phil just loving having him alongside.

Hopefully Pep doesn't overthink Sunday and puts out our best team. I don't wanna see ultra defensive tactics like at Arsenal. We can beat the scousers

Did Haaland get two? I'm sure Foden got two, Haaland one and Cherki one. Agree that it was one of Savio's better games.
