Someone coming to us on a transfer must obviously want the chance to play for what has becoming a 'major' club. - and dare i say for one of the best managers there has been( ignoring his current dip in performce). They think they have stepped up, yet they have becoming little fish in a bigger pond. One or two exceptions but most struggle to get established. Douglas Luiz Played 19 games last season? Yeah, because he was fucking injured for nearly 3 months – missed over 100 days with muscle and hamstring issues but when he was fit, he was one of Juve’s best midfielders in a transitional season.

Porro was one of the best creative fullbacks in the Prem last season – most key passes by a defender and solid defensively and it’s certainly not his fault he’s surrounded by shit players - Spain also have Carvajal – who just won the UCL. Not exactly an insult to be second choice to him is it ?!

I wouldn't say they are examples of high cost signings that Peps brought in and bombed out in 6 months. Majority are academy graduates that are not good enough for teams who want to win the champions league.
