Look at Josko, he's like a fucking Spartan. One of the most sought after cbs, comes here and getss stuck at lb. Very rarely misses a match and undoubtedly player of last season. Has got a brain fart in him but I'd have him over Ake in the same role
True. I think I'm more inclined to let Josko off the odd brain fart because he's only 23. I think people forget how young he actually is - he's only 9 months older than McAtee!

Spot on
Not a lot to disagree with here. He cost us next to nothing £ and he's had a good run. Should he keep an up and coming youngster from our squad I'd argue not, but we've just signed two so that doesn't bode well for any cb in our eds squad. I'd imagine he'd stay over Stones who we may be able to get back to everton with a bit of negotiation? That still leaves Ake. Dias and Josko you'd imagine would be here for the foreseeable proving Dias bucks his fucking ideas up
I would keep Akanji in front of Ake any single time this will come up.
I liked Ake, but saw he played for his national team the other days after he was "fucked" all season long when we needed him. I am super tired of the likes of him and Stones. All the club comes second.
Akanji, as shit as he is sometimes, he turns up and did almost all season long.
Akanji was injured for a good chunk of last season
I think he was in the last part of the season, from march of so. I see Akanji played 26 league games last season vs Ake who played 10 games in the league.

Carson turns up all the time, maybe we should make him our number 1 keeper seeing as he turns up. We're not running a pub team. By the way, Ake and Stones carried us to titles when fit and on form. I dont recall Akanji putting world class performances, in fact he nearly cost us dear at critical moments. My point, we need class players to carry us back to the top, Akanji did a decent cover job but he's becoming a liability. I would rather we promote academy players at his expense. I'm amazed how he's fooled you and Pep, just can't get my head around it how he keeps getting selected. I guess he's good at something afterall.

I am not defending Akanji, mate. I think he should also go, I am just saying others should leave before he does.

Seems like Gundog might be out the door towards Galatasaray.
I am ok with that if it means Echeverri gets game time, however, with him and Grealish both going ... not that excited to be honest.

Murderers going mental as TAA does a welcome speech to the press in fluent Spanish, apparently he's been learning the lingo for 2 years

You can take me out of that equation - I think my Spanish is better than my English.

See the dippers are signing Wirtz for £117M
Rather strangely the BBC articles narrative wasn’t that they were ruining football but that it was a good deal as they hadn’t paid the £130M were rumoured to want.

They've compared our spend and included all add-ons, but just used the base fee for Liverpool

From football to politics, these so-called journalists are a disgrace. The bias is so blatant, the BBC might as well be a mouthpiece for extremists. They've abandoned any pretense of balance.

Saw something on the net earlier how curious for a team that never spends paid the most money for a goalkeeper, a centerback and now a midfielder in the history of the Premier League.
Really odd.

Henry Winter on Sky last night said it was a statement of intent that they had spent so much money. Silly me for not realising this. Because I remember the earth had shifted off its axis when we bought Grealish. And when we bought KDB for half that we were bonkers.
Hope Wirtz turns out more Havertz than KDB.

Or Sancho. Sancho's stats in the German league are better than Florian. Haha Florian, just realised his name is Florian.
