Looks like he's got 3 years left on his contract, so I doubt he'd be willing to consider an offer like that, unless Chelsea were willing to pay off a hefty portion of the remainder of his contract.

Up to Chilwell. Chelsea don't want him, he's been told as much. Does he sit it out or does he fancy winning a trophy or two with us. He would also have the chance to win back his england spot. I'm sure there is a deal to be made but his injury record is not great and we'd have to protect ourselves. Yes from me on terms that suit us
