i agree..
Before this Game the Nuts on the Wheels were unwinding..
Had we lost this game the Wheels would have come off.
Instead of today becoming 0 wins in 5.
It becomes 1 defeat in 5 and just 4 points from the top.with KDB ready for January
Fine margins indeed. I think our season would've been over if we lost today, but now we're back in business.

Correct, also if we had dropped points in this game ( not lost, but drawn) the anti City press and media would have had a field day, this would have put further pressure on the club, so , final analysis an excellent three points, but by fuck are we missing Gundo & Mahrez. At the end of the day, we lost top class pros & recruited squad players. Also Carl has a valid point re LB, we need to have a regular top class player at LB, we haven’t had that for some time now. I alway though Ake was up to that job, but for whatever reason it never happened.

What a difference Rodri is making.
What a monster he has become.
I think we manage to get another quality box to box mid and push him a bit further we will be far better.

Not a great performance but the main thing today was to get the 3 points.
Dropping Akanji is a good start but we need a settled back 4.
We need to follow this up with a win against Palace next and that keeps us in the hunt. We need a spark to turn things around though. I’m hoping KDB’s return can do that for us.

Three points. Showed a but of grit and determination to come back after trailing at half time
I thought we played well against a difficult team. Their goal was well against the run of play and he managed to get high and took it well. We had plenty of chances until then but failed to take them, but the build-up play was quite good.
2nd half, different gravy and as they tired, the space opened and we took our chances.
Said earlier that I’d take any win from this as they don’t lose by many, so 2-1 is a decent score considering.

Jack talking to Sly. :
Manchester City's Jack Grealish to Sky Sports: "I think a lot of people like to talk about City and go on like it's a big crisis, in reality we've played very good teams.
"Spurs who've been unbelievable, Liverpool who are top, Chelsea and Villa away, who've got one of the best records in Europe.
"We knew we had to keep calm today and buzzing to get back to winning ways."

Amused me that some were slagging off big Ed. He saved us from a thrashing against Villa. Memories are short.

We look toothless in attack
We look toothless in defence and spunking 80 million on that useless cunt at LB was a disgrace !!
From day fucking one of pep coming here he’s never filled that spot with a decent LB - absolute shambles continuously playing players who are off form in just about every game and before you say we have no one on the bench to replace them , then whose mother fucking faults that then ?
It’s embarrassing beyond belief and blaming the fucking officials is grasping at straws .
Blaming the officials is grasping at straws?
Their goal came from a very bad decision and they should have had a player sent off.
So basically we wouldn't have gone behind and they'd have had 10 men.
We weren't great by any stretch of the imagination but it wouldn't have been as difficult if the officials did their jobs correctly.
I don't understand why you think pointing out one issue is an excuse for the other?
The officials are a disgrace , just ask Wolves , but we also do ourselves no favours with shit selections.
If pep had followed the ‘ on form you play , out of form you don’t ‘ when he picks the starting 11 then we wouldn’t be in this mess , IMO .
THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"

Dias needs a rocket . Stupid , unnecessary fouls towards the end of the game. All over the place at the back. Mind you Ed should have been out after the ball on the cross for their goal. Surprised he didn't go for it. He had the time.

Good win should have been 6. We’re 4 points behind. Maybe the hysterical few can have a nice week and remember supporting City is a privilege. Thank god Bernie stayed.
