I might be wrong but stadium improvements don't count towards FFP do they? So the sheikh could theoretically throw his own cash at it and that 300m could go back into the club/team.

I realise life ain't that easy, but yeah, fairly certain the improvements won't affect the team budget and will have been costed a long time ago way before we ever imagined we could achieve a treble.

Probably why the Glaziers haven’t bothered with Old Toilet then.

I’ve just read Borges only has a year left on his contract. Who is in charge of contract negotiations at the club? Rice Lewis - only a year left. Walker - only a year left. Gundo should have been sorted season ago and he’d probably still be here now.

This is normal. If you go through any squad at any time there will always be players who are nearing the end of their contract and are possibly negotiating an extension. It will be the same this time next year and the year after that.
I read Kyle got offered two years and Rico is negotiating a new deal, correct me if I am wrong.
Gundo I think just wanted a change, and was on his bike anyway.

We've just won a treble so someone is doing something right!!

I believe its Omar Berrada. He's very sought after believe it or not.

Arsenal still haven’t signed Rice. Have they actually got the money? Is it a stretch he ends up at ours on the lower bid of £90M because we can pay when West Ham want?

Fabrizio Romano says Henderson has accepted the ginormous salary offer by the Saudis. Liverpool will let him go but the next step is negotiations on a transfer fee.

Apparently Saudis about to offer 30m for Mahrez…what would be the point in accepting that? Cost us double to replace him and its kinda of money we get for our kids.
derby day the scores were level,
then the goat was fed by neville,
silly boy should know for sure,
feed the goat and he will score!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pep’s rule seems to be if they want out they can go as long as the price is right. Dont suppose Mahrez was thrilled at being left out of the two Cup Finals and at his age the Saudi money must be tempting.

He's 32, been with us 5 years. Safe to say we got our money worth. I'd let him go for 30-40m and invest in a younger player.

I'm assuming that the scouse press will be all over this? Two former captains taking dirty oil money

Di Marzio has the same story. Looks like it’s being briefed out by Bayern.
