Weird one. Think he’d be alright for a newly promoted team that launch the ball. He started the CL final so a bit weird he’s heading to Turkey.

IMO if Bernado goes to Saudi then the EFL better strap in as that is Pandora’s box smashed open. Saudi could be straw that breaks the Premier Leagues 30 years of domination. I bet Spain Italy are thinking yeah go on fuck em up, they have bullied the shit out of us for years. They have no rules in Saudi no Daniel Levy David Gill they don’t give a toss $ € FFP what’s that…… what player is turning down more in a year than Wolves Can pay you in 10 tax free. The answer nobody. And clubs will take that money all day.

I see Neville is calling for an embargo of transfers to Saudi clubs. I don't know how he thinks this would work - clubs have three choices: get transfer cash from a Saudi club for a player entering the final year(s) of their contract, let the player run down the contract and leave for free, or sell them to a third party for less money (who may, in turn, merely be acting as an intermediary for Saudi clubs). Surely with FFP rules in place as they are now, the first is the only sensible option?!

All Elite players mate. Get them plus Dec. The others can compete with Saudi for what will be left.
