Plus I would refuse to deal with Bayern after Cancelo.
Saying that, Walker might be pissed off as he’s had a bit of shit from Pep this season. From telling the world that Walker can’t do the Stones role when there was no need to, to being dropped from the CL final.

Pep has shown throughout his career that he’s prepared to be ruthless. Walker is not the man to deliver quality ball from the final third. Nor can he play an inverted full back role. We will miss his pace if he goes but let’s see how Txiki and Pep want to fill the role.

I am more worried about the amount of senior players rumored to leave, it's about 6 now way too many, way too disruptive.
That would be a huge overhaul to a treble winning team, taking a long time to bed replacements in.
Looks like Kyle is throwing his rattler out of the pram.

Pep trusted him for both legs against Real though.

I’d tell Bayern to give us Kimmich and we can talk. Wouldn’t deal with these cunts at all otherwise, but obviously another one of Pep’s former clubs..

Also, losing 5-6 senior players/leaders in the dressing room during one summer wouldn’t be great.

Especially if it's 9 - losing Walker, Laporte, Cancelo, Bernardo, Gundogan, Phillips, Gomez, Palmer & Mahrez makes predicting the team a lot simpler though!

No right and left backs left, Has Pep given up? I suppose Mendy and Cancelo must have put him off completely

Maybe just 8 leaving then with Cancelo coming back?

Tell you who I don't want us linked with. Maddison. Watching this England game and he's throwing himself all over the shop trying to win freekicks etc. It's fucking Malta you tit, if you're doing that against a team like that then you're a small time dickhead.

Walker did great against RM but he only got in after Ake got injured as previous to that in both Bayern games it was Ake, Dias, Stones and Akanji.
Ake plays really well with Jack, Akanji played a great ball in the CL Final in the build up for the goal whereas Walker as has been mentioned isn't the best with the build up and passing.
I'd prefer him to have another year but I can see why he wants to go

Ah I didn’t realise Walker didn’t play against Bayern. Still, Walker kept their best player (mostly) quiet.
Akanji played a great ball for Bern in the final, but he also fucked up massively twice and if that numpty hadn’t hit the bar with his header, or Ederson got out quickly to Martinez then it might have been a different story.
I do like Akanji though, I just think he didn’t have a great game (but apart from Stones and Ederson, who did?!)

It’s perfectly true that Akanji made two bad mistakes and then slid in Bernardo in the build up to the goal. I doubt Walker is being pushed out the door but he’s 33 and his pace is not going to last for ever. I’ve no doubt he’s pissed off being left out of the Final and if he wants to go with a year left on his contract City are not going to stand in his way. Rico can expect more minutes in the coming season and Akanji can clearly play at RB as well. Whether Txiki will look for an RB as well we’ll see. If Walker has the ambition to go abroad for a couple of years to a top club good luck to him. If it doesn’t work out then he stays but with fewer minutes than he would like.

Fulham's English defender Tosin Adarabioyo, 25, is among the potential targets being considered by Tottenham
