Had to switch off radio this morning . Simon Jordan absolutely loving the news. Baiting City fans to call in and defend the club. A complete and utter cunt, pushing already for more than a fine if found guilty

The Associate Political Editor of the Times Henry Zeffman has just called for City to be stripped of its titles. No sense that City should be allowed to present its defence. I’ll no doubt be blocked for my salty response.

What I don't understand is that in the last two years, Deloitte released those financial results about clubs and we were on top.

I don't know much about accounting, but I know Deloitte, and they will never, not in a million years, would release something like that without doing a solid investigation on the number in our club.

So, If I am not mistaken, City denied the Premier League access to our finances, so their charges are based on assumptions?

That's what it all seems to be totally based on.
It'll rumble on forever before it takes a similar path to the EUFA witch hunt.

Since they can go further back than UEFA some of the allegations are ones not considered by CAS. Still the burden of proof is beyond a reasonable doubt according to CAS who may well be asked to adjudicate again. Where the same years are in question it’s hard to see how CAS can come credibly to a different conclusion.

If you see this cunt in the street, give him a big hug! All the cretins will come out of the sewer with something to say. You'll need your anti bating suit for rest of the season, this is going to get ugly.

What a shit season this is turning out to be, the club should lead the way along with fans and fight off this ugly evil deceptive empire.

Good statement, but this part annoys me "As such we look forward to this matter being put to rest once and for all."

No, no matter the outcome, go after them.

Thank you.

The feeding frenzy has started. - :

Manchester City could face Premier League EXPULSION or points deduction as they are charged with breaking financial rules over 100 TIMES on sponsorship deals, secret contracts and payments
Man City have been charged by the Premier League over financial breaches
It comes following a four-year investigation into sponsors and contracts
Pep Guardiola's side could face a potential points deduction or expulsion

How long will this take? Will really affect the club until it is over.
It explains a lot: Simon Jordan turning himself inside out to justify Chelsea spending with 8 year amortized buys, etc... VAR decisions, Pep's interview before FA Cup game, etc...
They will try take us out now. This is their big chance. They will look for, points deductions, relegation to a lower tier and strip titles won, if they can prove rules broken in those years.
Hopefully, we have the dirt on them and have been keeping our powder dry for an event such as this. Maybe that is one reason why the club always seemed to take the flak. We were waiting JIC they tried something like this.
I hope we don't just defend our position, I hope we go after them. Play filthy. Highlight all their dodgy stuff in public, smearing the 'PL brand' at every opp, hit them in the pocket indirectly.
This is what the future looks like. A USA led cartel with outside competition nullified so the profits flow back to the owners. A NFL setup that looks competitive but is just a cartel passing the PL title around 4 clubs. Very slightly better than when MU were winning it most seasons.

Totally ironic.
A supporter of one of the two clubs that benefit from blatantly corrupt decisions week after week implying corruption?
This time the club needs to log every person that is kicking us while the authorities are trying to take us out.
When it is all over, deal with everyone of them. Co-operate with none of them and hurt them in the pocket. Zero tolerance.
