Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

With our games remaining, I find it very hard to see us getting the requisite points tally to take us into the CL (
away games highlighted and RED for no points). The only way to achieve it is if Mancio changes his outlook and throws caution to the wind against the lower teams whilst staunchly defending and hoping for something on the break against the bigger ones.

I see 29 points there - why don't you?
We are in a position to take points from our rivals. That's good isn't it?

23 points for me. And that was me being realistic. I as well see it as an opportunity that we are playing against our direct rivals. Apart from Birmingham and Burnley, the styles of all those teams suit as well.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

In doing this guesswork going forward are we basing it on the current form being shown or using the imagination to trust the form will improve significantly? I have gone down the middle a little and came up with 17 and that includes 2 away wins I am anything but certain of!

See above, and yes, I agree with your overall assessment unless our game play changes drastically!

Based on the average points per game we are getting under Mancini at the minute it roughly works out as 69 points we finish with.

Ever the eternal optimist, G Rob.
If I could predict Football results then I'd have won the Pools about 135 times.
5th place.

I should have answered the question properly. Those 17 points took us to 67:)
