What's with the media going into meltdown over Aguero touching that female lineswoman? Fek me the snowflakes having a field day. Just to be clear that's not assault, well at least in my opinion, maybe inappropriate act. Never a sending off

I don’t even think there’s anything inappropriate about it at all. A hand on the shoulder?!!

Maybe the next series of Luther there can be a character based on Aguero that goes round putting his hand on women’s shoulders. How fuckin scary is that?! The thought of it. Women hiding in fear - when will the hand on the shoulder man strike again?!!

It’s Chuckle the little shit. Setting it up, floating it seeing if it gains traction. Fucking disagrace, same with Bernie and Mendy last season. Inappropriate at best. Neville is a tricky Cunt.

Yet people still go on about what a good pundit he is just because he states the obvious every now and then.
Since some actual decent pundits have joined Sky it shows Neville up for being an absolute bullshitter.

How do people feel about sterling being captain?

Wrong
But I would never have a forward as captain anyway

Yeah didn't sit right with me but I'm not that keen on sterling as a guy, might be unfair. He won me round until his really bad patch and the vanishing acts in big games/ Madrid talk.

I'm very much of the opinion that the captain should be from the back four, preferably one of the CBs, or DMF at most but never a forward. They see the whole game ahead of them and can direct the team appropriately, the way Vinnie did so brilliantly. Now, this new Dias guy.........looks like he has the makings of a good captain!

Goalkeeper is a perfect choice. Oliver Kahn was a brilliant captain.

Tutti, Del Piero Messi. Getting back to SLY the agenda is lead by the likes of Chuckle he pays no attention to Diaz the odd half hearted compliment. Can we see it through gain a clean sheet. The same Cunt who sacked a manager 3rd undefeated. Try’s to sow seeds against us. I have had it with him Spit, they are scum and Vermin ambassadors taking the piss.

Sterling does not possess the gonads to be Captain - anyone that needs a fucking continuous shoulder to lean on and a pat on the back when the going gets tough is nowhere near Captain standard .

Baldie should stop this whole let “”the players decide “”bullshit and pick a captain ffs .

Diaz , in his short time with us , is about as Captain material you will ever see .

Certainly not a wimp like sterling .

As much as I'm impressed with Ruben you cannot hand the arm band to someone who's only played 2 games so far.

When KDB and Fern aren't on the pitch I'd say either Ederson or Bernardo at a push.

I am definitely of the school of a defender (preferably a CB) or keeper as Captain.

But recently (until 2 weeks ago) we've not had consistency of a regular back 4.

Fern looks like he's now going to be a part player, if KDB can get and keep fit let him have the badge for time being. I don't think he'd be bothered if it wasn't permanent.

Let Ruben quietly carry on doing his thing, increasing our clean sheets and come February I reckon the rest of team would happily vote him Captain.

Saka on the left looked pretty decent for Gunners; fast, good control, several threatening moments against us.

. . . yes, he CAN play left back, too

I think he was given the captaincy to encourage him to put in more effort, and take responsibility for leading. He had a decent game. I think it gave him more motivation.
I was surprised he didn't hand the armband to Ferny when he came on, he is our club captain. (I don't think VK would have been overlooked with the armband if he had come on as a sub.)

Vinny would have taken the armband and the arm. Yes

It doesn't matter, you could probably put that in a lot of match day threads and be right.

Going to be a strange season but love it when we’re getting game time for all the players and still taking full points.
