Dippers losing 1-0 to Atletico

Julian Alvarez is the one who makes this goal happen as he turns in the middle and slices the Liverpool defence open with a stunning ball through for Marcos Llorente.
He's only got Alisson to beat and he does so with ease.

Starting to look like Alonso at Leverkusen was like Potter at Brighton - the team made the manager look way better than they actually are

Chelsea started a mainly scratch team, full of youngsters. Think Alonso realised that was wrong and changed out 4 at half time for James, Rodgers, Palmer & Pedro Neto.

Kev fucked up an excellent chance to equalize vs arse. But to be fair to him the strikers that he's playing with are horrendous

Even with the subs, Chelsea's backline is clearly not good enough to play this 3 at the back system that Alonso wants

14 goals for, 10 against in their first 4 games this season. Great forward figures, but shit at the back!

Was flicking between the chumps league games last night and heard in commentary that city, villa had won & murderers and arse were winning. Utd "should"win their game. I don't think I've ever heard that before. Also I assume scouse manager was quizzed after the game on how much they've spunked in transfers and we can expect the same tonighr for Carrick?

Carrick only looked like a good manager because united played every 10 days last year after being knocked out of every competition. He's already being found out in the league and its only going to get worse with midweek games added in

their supporters are too dumb to realize, but appointing carrick as the manager just shows their owners have 0 ambition to achieve anything and just want to continue sucking cash out of them. And long may it last
