So the CL rolls around again
Given our draw this year it’s impressive important we get off to a good start
Assume we go full strength and best starting XI
Sadly I think that means Dias.
1-0 Semenyo

Nunes is fit to play and did the press duties. Be a good idea to try and keep the defence settled for Porto and the swamp so can see him playing rb.
Strong squad out there only missing Doku and Nico so expect us to go all out tonight.

Full strength and best starting 11 definitely doesn't mean Dias.
Unfortunately Maresca hasn't cottoned on to this yet.

He's said Nico should be ok for the derby as well.

Yes, heard the same. Let's see if Khus now misses out in favour of Dias but am afraid that we know the answer.

I think Maresca knows well as far as footballing ability Dias is our 4th choice centre half. But as far as his leadership qualities is 1st choice ahead of Guehi, Khus and Gvardiol. Personally for me the pros don't outway the cons but Maresca for now favours Dias. We need to put away our chances as Porto will create a few of their own. I'd be happy with a 2-1 win. Haaland and Fernández.

Should be good enough to get a result out there. A win would obviously be perfect but a draw in the grand scheme of things wouldn’t be a disaster
