Under the radar transfer from our friends at Troyes. Says undisclosed on Sly but elsewhere says 20 odd million. Wonder what the back story is here.

Apparently he's immediately shipped on loan to Monaco. A forward.

More City/Troyes shenanigans I suspect

Its a big fee considering most people don't even know about it....straight out on loan to Monaco which suggests he must be half decent. But there seems to be a pre-agreed option to extend for another year and also option to buy, so looks more like CFG are at the casino with this one - buy for 25, hopefully shift him for 40-50 in 18 months to 2 years.
