FA Youth Cup Final

We are in the FA Youth Cup Final v the rags at the Academy stadium

Bit disappointed it isn’t at the Etihad to be honest. Given how all the youth pitches face the Etihad Stadium, which is designed to inspire the youngsters to be better to one day be able to play there, it’s a kick in the teeth for them

Live on the BBC app apparently

It's also on iPlayer at the moment. Apparently there's work going on at the Etihad - presumably for the test events for the North Stand extension - so it wasn't available. Looking at the empty seats the Joie hasn't sold out...

It may only be the youth team but a cup final win is something to be proud of and celebrated, especially by beating the rags in the final

Well done lads. Hopefully we might see one or two in the upcoming season

Last City v Rags youth cup final we won, too. 1986.Moulden and Brightwell played in that one.
Nowt better than beating that lot!

Why not, Mase? Got the league cup already, FA Cup final tomorrow, and surely a howler from the Arse on Monday could still let us in for the league? :?:

Because "the" Treble is the CL, League and FA Cup. We shouldn't diminish our achievement in 2023. We can win a domestic treble.

It would be only the second time it has been done, namely us doing it the last time :)

Entering four major competitions and winning three of them is a treble

The fact that some consider a watered down , weighted game process of fixtures for teams that are not even champions is deemed by some as more important than a domestic cup does not negate achieving a domestic treble, as being a great result nevertheless.

It is at the moment almost impossible for City. Nevertheless, until it's all over , it is still on and a treble

Does anyone have the link on how to make a complaint to the BBC?
